Data controller. Gameman Maciej Hyla, ul. Orzegowska 26/7, 41-907 Bytom, Poland, NIP 6263035973 (Polish tax ID). For anything about your personal data, write to robot@mustmatchgame.com.

Website and hosting. This site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (USA). On every visit the server automatically processes basic technical data (IP address, browser type, time of visit) to deliver the page and protect it from attacks. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Cookies and fonts. This site does not use cookies. Fonts are served from our own server, not from Google.

Analytics. We use anonymous visit statistics from Cloudflare Web Analytics. They store no cookies and don't track you across other websites.

Playtest sign-ups and newsletter. If you sign up with the form, we store your email address and the site language to invite you to MustMatch playtests and send related news. If you also tick the newsletter box, we'll additionally send you our newsletter (MustMatch news, launches and our upcoming games). Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time – every email has an unsubscribe link. After signing up you'll get an email asking you to confirm; we don't email you until you do. We keep the data until you withdraw consent. Sign-ups are stored and emails are sent by EmailOctopus (United Kingdom).

Reports sent from the game. In MustMatch you can send a report (bug, suggestion, feedback). We always send the title, description, category and date, plus your Steam or Epic Games nickname if the game knows it. Optionally, depending on what you tick: a screenshot of the game, your PC specs (operating system, graphics card, processor, memory), the game log and your game settings. We also attach technical game data: version, platform, scene, network role, number of players, ping, lobby and session IDs, performance and a player name – if the game doesn't know your platform nickname, this may be your computer's name. Your Windows account name is removed from the log.

The report passes through our server at Netlify. A screenshot may show other players' nicknames from your session – if you don't want it published, untick it before sending. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in fixing bugs and improving the game (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep reports as long as they're needed to fix and discuss the issue. On request, we'll delete your report from Discord and Trello.

Who receives data. Netlify (hosting), Cloudflare (analytics), EmailOctopus (playtest emails and newsletter), Discord (reports forum) and Atlassian/Trello (team reports). Some of these companies are based in the USA, and EmailOctopus in the United Kingdom. Data is transferred there under GDPR mechanisms such as the European Commission's adequacy decisions (United Kingdom, EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Videos. If the site shows a trailer, it is embedded from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode. Loading the player connects to YouTube (Google) servers, which receive your IP address.

Your rights. You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict processing, to data portability, to object, and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to robot@mustmatchgame.com. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority – in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), or the authority in your country.
